Welcome all to the year 2008.  As you may know, since its inception in 1995, BDAST has been an “all volunteer” organization and I am proud of all of our past and present directors, committee members and volunteers that have given their valuable time to the mission for so long.  With that good citizen spirit in mind, I am pleased to announce that BDAST is committed, along with other bleeding disorder organizations across NY State, to educate and work with our legislators in Albany.  In the next few months BDAST will be informing members in the Southern Tier with an outline of short term and long term goals.  In the meantime, please remember to update any mailing address changes and to encourage others to join BDAST.  Visit www.bdast.org to join.  I look forward to seeing everyone at the next BDAST event.
