Mission Statement

 

“The Bleeding Disorders Association of the Southern Tier (BDAST) is dedicated to the people with bleeding disorders and their families, through support, advocacy and education.”

 

Areas of Service

 

The association will cover all the areas of the Southern Tier of New York State, including but not limited to the counties of Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Otsego, Sullivan, Tioga, Tompkins and northern parts of the state of Pennsylvania.

 

Board Meetings

Board meetings are open to the public except the last hour which is the executive session.  We would like to encourage people who are a part of the bleeding disorders community (or anyone who would like to volunteer to help the community) to come to our meetings.

 

Meetings are held from 6-8pm with the executive session following from 8-9pm.  For specific dates of our quarterly meetings please contact us.  If you are interested in volunteering with BDAST, learning more about our events or becoming a board member… we look forward to seeing you.
